Verbiscom relies on the best professional interpreters based on the topic at hand. Bespoke interpretation is within your reach with high-quality interpretation in different topics. As an example, Modern Standard Arabic is the standard language used across the MENA region. However, there are some subtle yet important differences between Arab countries. Not only can our team understand different Arabic accents and dialects but can also produce a customized output based on each country’s specificities (for example: Modern Standard Arabic with Libyan specificities) for the purpose of making the interpretation output as natural as possible to the listener.
Another important aspect of a high-quality translation related to concepts and cultural references. Our team can accurately convert concepts/cultural references as some of them may seem foreign and unfamiliar to the listener, and therefore our team shall replicate and/or breakdown the concept/idea into something familiar to the recipient while keeping faithful to the intended original message.
Confidentiality
Your event documents and proceedings are safe with us, we have a moral obligation to keep your event private and confidential and private, unless you authorize disclosure. Mutual trust is one of the principles we hold in high esteem at Verbiscom. For this purpose, event documentation is only shared with the relevant team of interpreters who will be covering your event. Moreover, all documents we have received pertaining to your event can be deleted once the event is over.

Interpretation Techniques
In-Person Simultaneous Interpretation
Real-time interpretation is a must in multilingual events in order to overcome the language barriers between the attendees. Verbsicom provides high-quality simultaneous interpretation complete with all required technical and sound equipment (see equipment)
Online Simultaneous Interpretation
With the COVID-19 outbreak, and the rise of online conferencing, our team had to adapt to the changing work environment and use RSI (Remote Simultaneous Interpretation) and web conferencing tools, which we still rely on to this day as they proved to be useful in some cases. Our team is well-versed in using RSI platforms such as Zoom, Kudo, Interactio, Interprefy, Webex etc…
Hybrid Simultaneous Interpretation
Furthermore, we have added to our services, starting from 2020, hybrid conferences that bring together in-person meetings and online conferencing based on the client’s preference.
In-person Consecutive Interpretation
Consecutive interpretation is when the interpreter translates meaningful segments and sentences right after the speaker talks. This type of interpretation is especially useful in workshop/training settings as it brings closer the trainer to the delegates. Note-taking is one of the pillars of a good consecutive interpreting performance, which is a technique used by our team. The only downside of this type of interpretation is that it is time-consuming and therefore time must be taken into consideration when you are evaluating your choices.
Online Consecutive Interpretation
With the COVID-19 outbreak, and the rise of online conferencing, our team had to adapt to the changing work environment and use web conferencing tools for online consecutive interpreting, which we still rely on to this day as they proved to be useful in some cases. Our team is well-versed in using different platforms for consecutive interpreting such as Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Jitsi…
This type of interpretation is basically simultaneous interpretation but only works for one or two listeners at the same time, for example for rapporteurs who are drafting their report in a language different than the one being spoken. This technique is useful for small setups and does not require any additional equipment.
This type of interpretation is useful for missions on the go or during tours and visits, it can be done either simultaneously (with mobile equipment) or in consecutive fashion depending on the client’s preference and time restrictions.
Equipment
We provide equipment rentals to go along our in-person and hybrid simultaneous interpretation services. We use high-quality equipment that is regularly maintained. Additionally, and since the COVID-19 outbreak, our equipment is disinfected after use as we are keen on playing our part in reducing the spread of the virus as much as possible.

We provide fully equipped booths and sound equipment to go with, in addition to a myriad of other devices and technical services based on your needs.
Mobile Interpretation Equipment
We provide mobile interpretation equipment for your smaller meetings and escort missions.
